Privacy Policy

EFFECTIVE · MAY 16, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Icemint LLC ("Icemint," "we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with the MindFlow mobile application (the "App") and the marketing website at themindflow.app (the "Site"). Icemint LLC is a Wyoming corporation.

1. Information the App collects

The App collects only the data you actively enter: daily mood selections, up to three habit check-ins, and optional journal notes. This data is stored in an encrypted local database on your device. It is never transmitted off your device.

The App does not collect, process, or transmit any of the following:

2. No network access

The App's Android manifest does not include the INTERNET permission. The App cannot make network requests of any kind. There is no server infrastructure, no API endpoint, no telemetry service, and no crash-reporting SDK. Your data physically cannot leave your device through the App.

3. No accounts or authentication

The App does not require or support user accounts. There is no registration process, no login screen, no email field, and no password. There is no way for us to identify you as a user of the App.

4. Permissions

The App requests one Android permission:

The App requests no other permissions. It does not access your camera, microphone, contacts, calendar, files, or any other system resource beyond the local application sandbox.

5. Local data storage

All App data is stored in an encrypted SQLite database within the App's private storage directory on your device. This storage is sandboxed by the Android operating system and is not accessible to other applications. The data persists until you explicitly delete it through the App's export or reset functions, clear the App's data through Android settings, or uninstall the App.

6. Data export and deletion

You may export your data at any time using the App's built-in export function. The exported file is saved to a location you choose on your device. You may delete all App data at any time by using the reset function within the App or by clearing the App's data through your device settings. Uninstalling the App permanently deletes all associated data. Because we have no copy of your data, deletion is immediate and irreversible.

7. Children's privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. Because the App collects no personal information and has no network access, it does not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child under 13 is using the App in a way that concerns you, please contact us.

8. Tracking technologies on the Site

The marketing website at themindflow.app uses no tracking technologies. Specifically:

The Site is static HTML served through a standard web server. It does not execute any third-party JavaScript. See our Cookie Policy for details on the minimal cookies the Site may set.

9. Substantiation of data-handling claims

If you believe your data has been collected, used, shared, or processed in violation of this Privacy Policy or applicable law, you must provide us with the following as part of your pre-dispute notice under our Terms of Use:

This requirement enables meaningful investigation of any alleged violation and does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.

10. Disputes regarding data handling

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising under or relating to the collection, use, sharing, processing, or retention of data under this Privacy Policy is governed by the dispute-resolution provisions set forth in our Terms of Use, including the pre-dispute notice requirements, informal resolution requirements, arbitration agreement, class-action waiver, and governing law provisions. By using the App or the Site, you agree that any such dispute will proceed in accordance with those provisions and will not be brought as a class, collective, consolidated, or representative action.

11. Your rights by jurisdiction

Depending on where you live, you may have specific rights regarding personal data, including the right to access, correct, delete, or port your information, and the right to opt out of certain processing activities. Because the App collects no personal information and transmits no data, most of these rights are satisfied by design. If you have questions about exercising any jurisdiction-specific rights, contact us at the address below.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. If we begin collecting personal data through the App (which would require adding the INTERNET permission, an auditable change), we will update this policy before that change takes effect.
